[packagekit] PackageKit 0.5.0 released!

I noticed it makes use of new PolicyKit1. But even both latest FC11 and moblin doesn't have that integrated. Do you know any reason why even FC11 doesn't integrate PolicyKit1. I didn't know much story on this and want to make decision if moblin would update all related pkgs.
