[packagekit] [PATCH] bugfix: pkgenpack man page still pointed to pk-generate-package-list

pk-generate-package-list is replaced by pkcon create-list so point
to that in pkgenpack's manpage instead.
Sending to the list to make sure I have the intent correct.
