Yesterday I found a work around, if I add --print-reply the dbus-send
command has to block and wait for the answer, which happens
to always work, so IMO it's a DBus bug.
But for some reason packagekit-qt proxies loose connection when
packagekitd dies. It reestabilishes after some seconds trying
If I manually connect WITHOUT the service path (NULL), this
does not work.. did you had this kind of problem with glib?

Thanks.
