[packagekit] Why are the menu items GtkImageMenItems? (Was: [PATCH] Mark items in the Selection menu translatable)

There's one thing related to this patch which I'd like to discuss. Most
of the menu items in gpk-application.ui are marked as GtkImageMenuItems
and Stock Items. I haven't found a way in glade-3 to mark those Stock
items as translatable, so I made the patch I sent by hand and it appears
to work.

I think these menu items should be marked as Normal items instead, which
would offer the translatable feature in glade-3. If a menu with these
hand-edited GtkImageMenuItems is edited in glade-3, it automatically
removes the translatable keyword which would of course break the
translations again.

What do you think? Are the .ui files usually edited with glade or by
hand?
