That's "normal", in that the smart backend doesn't do signature imports

You can still add a GPG fingerprint, but that's set per channel and not
per package. Similarly you can also set a "rpm-check-signatures" option
but that is a system setting and not per package. So not for PackageKit.

The missing categories and failing upgrades are regular bugs, though...
