[packagekit] Odd packagekit bug

Hi!
Apparently the database is damaged... It is probably a
misconfiguration. Asking the reporter to attach the file
/var/lib/PackageKit/transactions.db to the bug report will be very
helpful.
After uploading it, he should deklete that file, PK should be working then.
(If not, this is a PK bug, otherwise something else corrupted that file)
