[packagekit] Odd packagekit bug

Funny enough I was fixing another aptcc bug
and had to kill packagekitd which then started to
crash at this point, I think we need a more
elegant way to recover from this...

(packagekitd:14689): PackageKit-ERROR **: Can't open transaction database:
unable to open database file
