Sorry for taking so long, I have just applied all of your patches
upstream. Building for Qt4 needs to stay around a bit more,
I need the new Apper to be ported to Qt5 first.

On the other hand the API has some blocking calls
that I want to get rid of (ie reading properties). So
I plan to break it..
