[Piglit] [PATCH 3/3] gl-3.0: Verify that BindFragDataLocation and GetFragDataLocation give correct results

This test passes on AMD's closed-source driver.  It fails on NVIDIA's
closed-source driver because after the second glLinkProgram call,
glGetFragDataLocation always returns -1.
