[Piglit] [PATCH 01/15] arb_direct_state_access: Testing glCreateBuffers.

Hi.  After considering your comments yesterday, I've decided to get rid of
this commit.  The two changes to texture-buffer-range and texture-buffer
are trivial, and the change to getcompressedtextureimage is superseded
because I have a second series that completely replaces that test with a
better one.
