[Piglit] [PATCH 1/2] framework: change 'regressions' to mean 'regressions in the last test run'

Okay, so I'm trying to understand your workflow, because your explination seems
very strange to me.

So if I have three results, "master" in which my test pases, "patch 1" in which
it fails and "patch 2" in which it goes back to passing that would not show up
as a regression? That sounds like it would hide issues that would show up when
bisecting, which seems bad. It sounds like what you're doing is just ignoring
all of the results except the last one anyway, so why would you bother
summarizing any but the "master" and "patch 2" anyway?
