You need to include a VkExternalMemoryImageCreateInfoKHR struct in the
pNext chain here to tell the driver that image will be exported.

You should also call vkGetPhysicalDeviceImageFormatProperties2KHR to
check if an image with the given format, type, tiling and usage can be
exported. RADV does not support exporting 3D images.

You should be using vkGetImageMemoryRequirements2KHR here, and hook in a
VkMemoryDedicatedRequirementsKHR struct. If requiresDedicatedAllocation is
set to true, you need to make the allocation dedicated. This will be
the case with RADV when the image is exportable.
