I had a quick look at it and I noticed this:
#define N_CACHED_FAST_PATHS 8
How was that number established and what is the impact of
increasing/decreasing it? I remember the pango glyph cache change that
sped up my use case significantly (latin text, 16bpp, 400MHz arm926),
but slowed down things like CJKV text. So before I start doing stupid
things like setting it to 64 or 1, what would be the impact?
regards,
Koen
