Hrm, note that Cairo is in use by the majority of desktop projects. I'm not
sure it would make sense to exclude it, given that it is rapidly becoming an
assumed part of Free desktop software infrastructure. It's not damaging or
controversial that one project doesn't use it; but pretty much everyone else
does. I think that warrants inclusion in the freedesktop.org platform.
