Plymouth for hibernate

Hi,

I'm trying to configure plymouth to work during hibernate/resume on a
debian system.

It works quite well *but*:

- on hibernate, after displaying the splash the screen turn into a black
  console with PM messages;
- on resume, I get the plymouth from the initrd, then I see the
abovementionned black console, then plymouth comes back nicely.

I would like to avoid these black screen and have plymouth during the
whole hibernate/resume cycle, as splashy did.

I searched the web but didn't find relevant info.

Some details about my setup:

I setup plymouth in /etc/pm/sleep.d/00_plymouth so that it is called on
hibernate with:

    /bin/plymouth --show-splash

and on resume as:

    /bin/plymouth --quit

In addition, plymouth is set in the initrd as init-bottom:

    /bin/plymouth --show-splash

It seems me that something is does an unwanted chvt.

I use intel i915 with KMS.

Do you have any experience with that? Pointers?

Thanks by advance
