Plymouth for hibernate

I know Frederic Crozat has done some work on plymouth at
suspend/resume time, so he may have some good advice.  I think he
needed to make a specific designated suspend process grow

You may want to start plymouthd with --mode=shutdown so it uses a
shorter animation and stops on a good frame.
