[Pm-utils] Why do we still ship hal-system-power-pmu / PMU support suboptimal in pm-utils

Sure. I'm frustrated by this too. Peter Jones is the official maintainer
of pm-utils, but he's been quiet recently. Peter, is is okay if I ack
and commit some of the patches on the mailing list?
