[Pm-utils] Why do we still ship hal-system-power-pmu / PMU support suboptimal in pm-utils

Did you BCC him? I CC'ed him now. He told me once he gets too many mails, so 
that it is very likely that he did not read yours (or will not read this...). 
Do you maybe have other means to contact him?
