[Pm-utils] pm-suspend: should use quirks by default

What is the possible bug, that you see here?

gnome-power-manager and kpowersave are included in Fedora. Btw. the 
gnome-power-manager for F8 contains a shell script that wraps around 
dbus-send: 
$ gnome-power-cmd.sh 
command required: suspend, shutdown, hibernate or reboot

Nevertheless, a wishlist for new packages is at:

There is no need to file a bug.
