Hm, tbh I find it a bit weird, that the do_hibernate method is now in
a *config* file.
Seems a bit counter-intuitive to me.
Imo we should only set variables in config files.

Why is it that all of the instruments seeking intelligent life in the
universe are pointed away from Earth?
