Yes, but this does not code to use it as a quirk, i.e. that there is not a 
commandline option to pm-utils to enable the quirk or a database (hal-info) 
to store the information, whether this should be used.
This patch (that only changes one line and adds another) makes it only 
possible to try shutdown (and the other modes) easily, to even identify a 
bug.
