[Pm-utils] [PATCH] make the sleep modules shell scripts

Hi,

we currently install the sleep modules as _SCRIPTS. That means "make
install" will install them 0755.
So, we should add a shebang and also make them 0755 in the git tree.
This has the nice side effect that editors will automatically enable
syntax coloring.

As we only source the module scripts, we could also install them as _DATA.

I prefer the former and attached a patch for it. Let me know what you think?
