Or not.  Michael Biebl has graciously done the hard work converting the
old sgml man page sources into xml sources, and has added the Debian man
pages to the repo.  All of this is in the man-xml branch on fd.o.  I am
going to spend some time reviweing these changes tomorrow before
performing the release (which may or may not contain the updated man
pages -- it depends on how much touchup work is needed and how much time
I can spare on Mother's Day).
