[Pm-utils] How to use pm-utils with /etc/hibernate?

Hi there,

I use Debian and Gnome, and therefore pm-utils is required on my 
system.  However, I personally prefer the "hibernate" package, with its 
config files in /etc/hibernate.  Is there any way to make the pm-utils 
system automatically pass control to the /etc/hibernate configuration 
system?
