[Pm-utils] How to use pm-utils with /etc/hibernate?

Not natively. A TuxOnIce user reported just yesterday that simply moving
pm-hibernate out of the way and doing ln -s /path/to/hibernate
pm-hibernate did the trick for them. Hacky though :\.
