[Pm-utils] [PATCH] sleep.d/55NetworkManager: don't call nonexistent dbus_send

Hey guys,
this seems like an oversight so I thought I'd run a patch by you. The
pm script for network manager was calling dbus_send to send the slepp
signal, but there's no dbus_send. The command is actually dbus-send,
but all output was being redirected to /dev/null so there's no way to
notice that it isn't being called.
I didn't notice it until I tried to run the command on the command line
to figure out why my laptop wasn't putting my network interfaces to
sleep when I close the lid ;).
Thanks,
Uri
