[Pm-utils] [PATCH] sleep.d/55NetworkManager: don't call nonexistent dbus_send

dbus provides dbus-send, not dbus_send. This typo means that
NetworkManager was not actually shutting down interfaced or bringing
them back up on suspend/resume.
