Release 125 is out

Hello everyone,

I totally forgot to mention that this new release is **THE LAST ONE TO
SUPPORT MOZJS**.

This decision is supported by the discussion
<https://github.com/polkit-org/polkit/discussions/470> lead on polkit
github. Not many people voted, but the result is unanimous.

I hope this message is not too big of a surprise.
Anyway, thank you for your time and work.
