Your ctm patch works for all of my test files.
When I compared the postscript after your patch with the postscript from an Aug
12 git snapshot, most of the patterns had a cm of "[1 0 0 1 0 0]".  Only the my
testimagemask pdf and a "herbstfest bei meifort" ad that someone else posted
for bug 27482 had something different.  I thought that the meifort pdf was
included in the poppler regression tests, so I wonder why no one noticed.
Anyway, thanks again, I can confirm that the patch works for my files.
