hey albert,
sorry to have been pushy. it just turned out to be harder to lobby my patches
than to even make them.
but i promise to be more patient :).

categorically, icu does provide the needed functionality.
fribidi is just smaller, but not really meant for visual to logical text
reordering.
so should i remove the fribidi part of my patches?
