He also filed bug 73452 a few minutes ago. I assumed CUPS should be setting the
page size when IncludeFeature is used as described in:

http://lists.cairographics.org/archives/cairo/2006-February/006278.html

but this does not seem to work. Looks like I will need to use setpagedevice in
the cairo PS output.
