[poppler] fontconfig patch - status

Fine for me, after all the other day i was thinking why we didn't have a 
"stable" branch, i know our cvs is mainly stable, but having a stable branch 
can be sometimes good, as imagine cairo changes it's api but does not release 
a new version, we can have the stable branch compile with stable cairo and 
head branch compile with head cairo.

Brad and me have some Arthur renderer code to commit that depends on my 
fontconfig patch so can you please release/branch as earlier as possible?
