[poppler] KDE meta-data plugin committed

I've just committed the PDF meta-data plugin for KDE. For those not familiar, 
we used to exec pdfinfo, but now we use Poppler.  

Albert: this is based on your kpdf stuff - probably there is some code that 
can be factored out of this into Poppler.
