Here you go. The method splashRender.. now returns a pointer to a QPixmap. I 
don't quite agree. but I'd rather discuss that later. The "binary 
compatibility" methods are gone, the documentation uses Qt rather than QT.

The patch applies to the qt4 directory, the Mainpage.dox goes to qt4/src.
