[poppler] [PATCH] Compilation support for msvc

The supplied patch is the required changes needed to get poppler to compile and work, providing you can get fontconfig to work. I have removed the fontconfig changes from the previous patch I supplied and have moved the poppler-config.h file in the include order as was suggested.
