[poppler] Test suite

There are some pdfs in the test module in cvs. The ones that I added
are generated by perl. Reference images of the results as rendered
by poppler are also checked in. I tend to write these pdfs as I work on
a particular feature. There are also some pdfs that are used by the qt4
bindings for unit testing. I don't know the origin of these pdfs.

I also have a collection of all of various pdfs that I have collected
from bug reports and normal usage. I tend to run the test program on
these to catch any regressions.
