[poppler] Page Transition Code

Hi,

I have seen the new page transition code --it works very well for the 
experimental version of kviewshell.

I have documented the code a little. Attached you'll find a patch with the 
documentation, and a change to the Doxyfile so the poppler-page-transition is 
included in the documentation although it resides in another directory.
