[poppler] evas support for poppler

Ok, some comments, after getting this at configure

So it seems it is trying to still build etk related things.

test-poppler-evas works
test-poppler-ewl works also

Looking at the Makefile.am it seems you need to add some more guards so that 
the test programs are only built if the respective option is enabled. Can you 
fix that?
