By the way, here's a simple way to one-up Acrobat over the way it displays the
notes -- recognize URLs contained in notes and make them clickable (i.e., pass
the URLs to htmlview or whatever is the appropriate URL handler). For
comparison, Acrobat Reader 7 on Windows spell-checks notes (which is helpful),
and thinks that 'http' in 'http://foo.com' is a misspelled word.
