[poppler] Annotation SOC merging

Hi Jeff,

The idea is to merge everything and improve before GNOME 2.22 (I will
work in the glib/evince side too). The last patch was done for poppler
0.5.9 so I have to sync it with poppler git. Now that I'm back from
holidays (i have just come back from them), and once I finish installing
Gentoo in my new laptop I will take back the work.

Things to be done I like to emphasize:

- - Streams/XObjects: I don't understand how to decode them very well, so
a few things like appearance streams aren't managed very well. Help
would be very welcome in this field.
- - Forms support: Forms use Widget Annotations. When I worked with the
code the last time, Annots implementation where messed up with Forms
implementation. Anything related to the Forms must be taken out from the
Annot code, so Annot implementation could be encapsulated and then use
Widget Annots in the Form code.
- - The same with Links support, the code implementation was done apart
from the Annot implementation. These one are Annots too so the code must
be merged.

Once I have some more spare time I will be back to work.
