[poppler] Proposal: Poppler 0.8 release plan

So the 0.8 release date is "aproaching" (we decided it to be 3rd March 2008) 
that means less than two months to go.

Today i merged pdf write and annotations work, that's like 1.5 of the 3 items 
i highlighthed in the last mail about a new poppler release.

Iñigo could you give an estimate of what's missing from the annotations side?

Brad are you still aiming/working on optional content for next poppler 
release?

Anyway with or without that 1.5 features more, i'd like to release 0.8 in 
March after all we will have a 0.10 somewhen in the future for features that 
don't make it in 0.8.

So here is the release plan, feel free to comment:

2 February 2008 - Poppler 0.7.0 (0.8 Beta 1)
9 February 2008 - Poppler 0.7.1 (0.8 Beta 2)
18 February 2008 - Poppler 0.7.2 (0.8 RC 1) 
25 February 2008 - Poppler 0.7.3 (0.8 RC 2) 
3 March 2008 - Poppler 0.8.0

Betas still allow API changes on frontends while once we enter RC stage we 
will not accept them unless they are critical.

That of course can be shifted if we find regressions, etc.
