[poppler] I used the poppler data, but still can't display some special files

When I use the poppler without poppler data, the file displays in
error character. Just as "no_Poppler_data.JPG"

When I download the poppler data and put them in "POPPLER_DATADIR",
The file displays in blank characters replacing error characters. Just
as "use_Poppler_data.JPG"

But the result should be "Adobe_Display.JPG", It can be displayed in
Adobe Reader.

The PDF file I attached: "error_file.PDF"
