[poppler] Which version of pdftohtml did poppler adopt/branch from?

Hi, which version of the pdftohtml package did Poppler take in?

I've compared the output of pdftohtml .40a, .39, and Poppler's pdftohtml and
it appears that Poppler uses a version that is more similar to .39.  I've
found that .40a works better at removing shadowed text (although .40a did
have some more bugs).

As far as I know, the only versions of pdftohtml out there are..

.40a -

.39 and below -

And, of course, Poppler's.
