[poppler] Other stuff about pdftohtml (was Re: Beta 3 release status)

We never ported check and distcheck to the cmake build system, they only work 
in automake. Feel free to hook your test system wherever you like, i mean, it 
is a small thing to fix comparing to the big thing that is the test system 
itself.
