[poppler] Changed renderings due to Annot/Form changes

Yes, there might be differences, specially with check/radio buttons,
since now we are following the spec more accurately. Now we always use
the appearance stream provided by the document to render check/radio
buttons, while before we were creating our own appearance streams when
a form field button changed its state.
