It is a little complex.

I fixed ver 0.16.0 for
appending some functions (output tiff, cmyk hundling, etc)
and using on Windows Server 2003(because of system constraint)
in 2010.

Command line is following:
$ pdftoppm.exe -f 1 -l 1 -r 200 -cropbox -tiff -freetype yes -aa yes
   -aaVector yes FontWeight850.pdf FontWeight850

And I confirmed the 3 is shown since ver 0.17.0 on Redhat Linux 5.
I should have checked later version result before posting...sorry.

So I'll merge latest version.
