[poppler] Does poppler handle attachments?

Attachments are supported in both poppler and Evince. Maybe the document
you are trying doesn't have attachments, but attachment annotations,
which are not exactly the same thing. Otherwise it's a bug either in
poppler or evince. Could you share the document?
