You mean the patch in 
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=87161
?

Obviously it wasn't pushed, otherwise the bug would be closed.

The patch does not get pushed for all the other reasons the patches don't get 
pushed and bugs don't get fixed.
