[poppler] Enhancement of PDF digital signature support

we already started on the transition to Qt5. But in an old and huge
project with even Qt3-compatibility enabled this is really a lot of work.
Nonetheless I respect your decision on discontinuing poppler/qt4.

Instead of working on a patch for digital signatures in poppler/qt4
I would give preference to working on bugs #99271 and #99416.
Thats why I asked whether someone is working on them.
