[poppler] Poppler 0.60.0 released

If you have not packaged 0.60 yet, please hold off packaging 0.60.0 somehow i 
screwed up somewhere and the tarball is missing this commit

Which is kind of important since it increases the soversion because of the ABI 
breaks, i'll try to release 0.60.1 tomorrow to fix that, not sure i'll make it 
since i need to plan some travelling.
